My first contact was with Sam Taylor. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what repairs and were needed and what was not needed. He acted as an advocate in moving the HOA and insurance companies forward. Time was of the essence given the recent storm cycles.
The Legacy crew performance was like a Indy 500 pit crew. They were in and out within 24 hours. More importantly, they left no trace and did an excellent job of cleaning up the job site.
The customer service, follow-up and follow through was awesome. My new roof looks awesome and the inside is dry once again. Just in time since we just got another two inches of snow. I give Legacy 5 stars in all categories.
