These Terms govern your use of legacyroofingutah.com and any quotes, estimates, or services provided by Legacy Roofing. By using the site or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms.

Estimates & Proposals

Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Pricing may change due to material cost fluctuation, discovered decking damage, or scope changes requested by the homeowner. All such changes are documented in writing before work proceeds.

Warranties

Workmanship warranties are detailed in your individual signed contract. Manufacturer material warranties (including GAF system warranties) are issued by the manufacturer and registered on your behalf at completion. Manufacturer warranty terms govern those coverages.

Use of This Site

You agree not to misuse this site, attempt to access non-public areas, or use automated tools to scrape data. The content on this site (photos, copy, logos) is owned by Legacy Roofing or used under license.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Utah law, Legacy Roofing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use. Roofing contract liability is governed by your signed contract.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
